Raymond S. Alley, SIOR, is a seasoned real estate professional specializing in sales and lease transactions for industrial, office, and retail properties in the Shreveport-Bossier market. His extensive commercial brokerage experience also spans regional markets, including Jackson, Mississippi; Montgomery, Alabama; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Lafayette, Louisiana. Raymond's diverse client portfolio includes national, regional, and local firms engaged in manufacturing, distribution, office, and retail businesses. He provides clients with negotiation, consultation, market analysis, and tenant representation services.

A 1982 graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Raymond earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. He began his career in 1983 with Sealy & Company in Shreveport before co-founding Walker-Alley & Associates, LLC with Ben Walker in 2003. Furthering his education, he graduated from the United States Naval War College in 2016, completing the College of Naval Command and Staff and earning Joint Professional Military Education Phase I certification.

Throughout his career, Raymond has actively contributed to numerous professional and civic organizations, often in leadership roles. He is a member of the Shreveport-Bossier Board of Realtors, the Louisiana REALTORS® Association, and the National Association of REALTORS®. In 1993, he earned admission into The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) as an Active Industrial Member, one of the most prestigious designations in the real estate industry.

Raymond has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service. He has served on the Shreveport-Bossier Military Affairs Council, the Eighth Air Force Commander’s Consultation Committee, and as President of the Loyola College Prep Alumni Association. Appointed by Shreveport Mayor Keith Hightower in 2000 to the Shreveport Airport Authority, he served for 11 years, twice elected as Chairman. In 2023, Shreveport Mayor Tom Arceneaux reappointed him to a three-year term on the Shreveport Airport Authority. Additionally, in 2011, he was elected to the Commercial and Industrial Board of the Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors.

Raymond’s dedication to service extends beyond real estate and civic leadership. In 1990, he enlisted in the United States Navy Reserve, steadily rising through the ranks to Chief Petty Officer within 11 years. In 2006, he was recalled to active duty in support of Operation Enduring Freedom/Iraqi Freedom, deploying with the First Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward) to Iraq and Kuwait. He operated in the insurgent held Al Anbar Province while also serving as Officer in Charge of a Logistics Cell in Kuwait. Upon his return from combat deployment, he was promoted to Senior Chief Petty Officer in 2007 and later commissioned as an officer in 2008.

Throughout his naval career, Raymond held key roles within the Navy’s Expeditionary Combat Enterprises, including the U.S. Navy SEABEES, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, and Special Operations Command (SOCOM), specifically Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR). His final billet was as Executive Officer for Military Sealift Command Combat Logistics Force, overseeing MSC’s global Combat Logistics Forces.

In late 2019, after a distinguished military career, Raymond retired from the United States Navy with the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
